Hello Kitty Paradise

Sunshine cool air day, in Wynwoods shady yet creative strips of Miami downtown/overtown area where Sanrio holds its exhibition of their 50th anniversary where the characters we know now as Hello Kitty became about and in art. I went right after school excited for what I was going to see I drove around Wynwood actually got lost a few times and ended up in the wrong area but found my way when I saw at least four Smart cars sitting in front of a building that looked like I was in Disney World except what I saw was a red building of Hello Kitty everywhere! Found parking about 3 blocks away walking in the hot sun I finally walked into cool air again and West coast old school hip hop playing and I felt my smile grow huge. I had never seen such place decked out in Hello Kitty I was overwhelmed! I took pictures of every thing I possibly could!

Like a Child

Hello Kitty fans embrace for something famazing! Especially for those who live in South Florida, kiddies we are starting Art Basel right when Sanrio comes with their 50th Anniversary! The kick off party will be on December 2nd and its being host by our very own local Wasabi Fashion Kult.

I'm going during the day on Thursday so hit me up if you guys want to meet up! :)

Zombie Attack

I don't like zombies, let's get that clear..or blood. Now this Saturday I went to something that apparently happens every year down over at South Beach on Lincoln Road called "Zombie Walk". For those who have me on Twitter, saw the pictures and tweets I posted up of it and here is for the people that don't have me on Twitter.



Today I was looking through my Google Reader and it turns out Alice likes blood...ironic I love this picture of her haha.

The end of the second month in 2010 has come, I'm not going to lie this month was slow yet quick? I don't know how to explain but regardless all I know its getting closer and closer to May and thats all I'm looking forward to. (jk) March is coming up and mad events are set for it!
First off got Miami International Fashion Week, follow by Funkshion Fashion show!, same time as that is going on you have Winter Music Conference which brings the biggest parties of the year ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL (is the equivalent to Vans Warped Tour for techno house kids ahaha) Exciting!

Bye November, Hello December!

I have not been up to date with this and I feel horrible but two more weeks of school and I'm off to be free little blogging girl again! *Currently editing Thanksgiving pictures* Like I mentioned before how I was going to show my "ranch" experience Thanksgiving.

Ok to start off its already December...basically the ending of 09! Crazy how this year passed! I didn't see it coming so fast, once I started my fashion school the days just flew by. This year has been a roller coaster with so many things, doors have been opened to me, doors have been closed, doors are closing as the year now comes to an end. I have grown a lot from starting this year very thankful I actually did what I said I was going to do. Even though one of my New Years resolution has not yet been made but almost did which was an interesting experience (moving out was the one not completed). Yet I still have next year. I got to start going to fashion school just how I started off with blogging about and now in the process of transferring closer to home away from Ft Lauderdale hitting up Downtown Miami. OH and its going to be a full on year that I have joined blogspot! Sweetness! I have to go back and re-read what the hell I was talking about the starting of this year! Also the holidays are getting closer, it is really starting to feel like Christmas (even though in Miami the heat just won't CHILL) but hey I live in Miami Bitch.(hehe) This month is full of activities and fun! My good friends birthday is this week also Art Basel kicks off! So excited about that! (esp about exploring downtown more because of the new school and all) also random outtings and fun with the people I adore most! And the best part of holidays...DRESSING UP! and spending time with family and friends.

Let's enjoy this last month of 2009 to the best! 2010 is going to be BIG! (with a hella killer roller coaster ride then this year and def looking forward to the changes and risks taking,its like Bella's adrenaline rush haha)

Le Weekend

This weekend was great, I had an amazing time with friends and its a nice way to end pretty much my "summer" (since I start school next week!).
Friday was fun and an interesting expeirence at DayGlow. For those of you that do bot know what DayGlow is, its an event that goes around the country and basically throws a paint party. This Friday was at Space nightclub in Miami with awesome dj's and paint everywhere!

Definitely it was a messy event, but I'd totally do it again.

On Satuday, which was 4th of July I worked nothing great there but for the night time I went over to a friends house then ended up at another friends and the next thing I know Im shooting fireworks right by my middle school! Pretty crazy but it was fun and chill.

Sunday I went over to my best friends house to celebrate her birthday which is today (HAPPY BDAY!) Anywho it was fun and pretty chill

"It's like Beach Therapy"

Everyone deserves to enjoy the beach during breaking dawn, its wonderful, quite and peaceful, honestly if I didn't have school I would've just stayed there and soak up the beautiful day.

People have there therapies to feel better, and I think this is one of them for me. Imagine doing yoga to this view?!?!

I'm been surprised how fast these couple of months have been going but you gots to live the life of the moment right? Haha, well March so far has been good to me, got my income tax money (helps a lot when your only working weekends!!), finally got school stuff out of the way and now concentrating on finishing school in Miami to move up to the 954 area. And my favorite of this month is all the events Miami is having!! Im so excited finally, for missing Funkshion Fashion show during the Fall, Im going to the one for Spring is exciting! and all the other little cheesy things I get excited about.

Ok so on the calender starting today, is Gossip Girl FINALLY!!!! I don't know about the fans out there that are obsessed as much as I am but I've been waiting for GG all month!! Last episode was crazy!!!! Not cool that they held it back for so long since February. Ok then later on this week is Miami Fashion Week, which I believe is separate from Funkshion but Im not totally sure about that, but ya that will be held at SoHo studios in Miami Beach. Moving along to the weekend, my hubby Randy found something that he thought I would be interested in and he was right lol.

Ok now for next week is like I mentioned is Funkshion and its starts on March 25-28, each day has a different event going on. Check out the schedules and tadaa you pick the days you want to go to. I might go to the one on Wedesday, Friday or Saturday, not sure yet. And on the 26th Im attending (hopefully) is this event posted by BetseyJ. Seems like a good ass line up! 

Then after that on the 28th, well for me I get to go to a workshop for the Arts Institute with le hubbster. 

Its going to be a busy two weeks and productivee (on fun stuff of course lol)

Yup, well thats March for me :).

Oh also if school isn't such a pain in my behind, I can finally actually for realzzzz get started on my bday dress!!

It was a beautiful day in Miami, sunny clear blue skies, it was a perfect beach day. 

and it was awesome, also got to stop by the Urban Outfitters by the beach and bought these cuties for twenty bucks!

Yup today was a good day in general.
